Here is a sample menu which includes classic popular cocktails. We can personalise a menu to suit any taste.

Mojito

A light, refreshing classic built from white rum, sugar syrup, lime and mint. Topped with soda water.

A mexican masterpiece. Tequila, triple sec and lime. Can be made sweet or tart according to taste.

Simple yet delicious. Rum, sugar and lime. Strawberry purée can be added for a sweeter taste.

One to wake you up! Vodka, coffee liquer, espresso and sugar. Shaken and topped with coffee beans.

One of the oldest cocktails in existence! It follows the same formula as it did in the 1800s - whiskey, sugar and bitters, stirred over ice.
